Menu Plan 2/21-2/28

     Last week's meals were really good (note to self: use only green enchilada sauce on enchiladas). I only got around to cooking the crockpot roast and the garlic chicken (which was AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!) though. So, this week I plan to have some carry over from last week. We will have Pioneer Woman's lasagna for dinner tonight.
In the freezer:
1.5 lbs ground beef
small roast
LOTS of chicken (probably 2-3 meals worth)
Meat that is on sale in the Memphis area:
Chicken Breasts - $1.97/lb
Fresh Ground Chuck - $1.99/lb
Top Round Roast - $2.99/lb
Choice Beef for Stew - $2.99/lb
     I only need 4 meals for this week:
Meal 1: Bacon and Cheese Topped Chicken
Meal 2: Spaghetti and Meatballs
Meal 3: Chicken Noodle Soup with Homemade noodles
Meal 4: Crockpot Chicken Nuggets

Recipes for Later:
Crockpot Rotisserie Style Chicken (whole chicken is STILL not on sale!)

Grocery List:
Parmesan Cheese
28 oz. crushed tomatoes
Spaghetti Noodles
