Isn't this the cutest dress ever? I found this via MakingitLovely.com which is another wonderful blog too!! I would love to find a dress pattern like that. The ruffles on the front and the tie back are amazing! It also comes in white and black. Maybe when the spring dress patterns are out I'll be able to find one!
