I would say that most people that wear voluminous skirts are after the perfect level of "poof." I have made several different petticoats in the past, never being completely happy with any one. I would love to try this though! She uses a skirt pattern and adds ruffles and tulle to give it some umph. (click on the picture for the tutorial)
